Registration

All the attendees must in advance in order to participate in conference activities. Each registration enables publication of only one paper and participation of only one person.

 

Attention ! About APC fee of ACM publication and ACM Open Access Publishing Model

ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library, unless one of their co-authors' institutions is a member or they qualify for a waiver. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance .

The institution is not lower-middle-income country  but corresponding author or at least one of your co-authors is  ACM member	250 USD per paper(subsidy on APC pricing in 2025)
The institution is not  in a lower-middle-income country  and all the authors are not  ACM member	350 USD  per paper(subsidy on APC pricing in 2025)

 

Notes:

All papers must be presented by one of the authors. At least one author must register for the conference and pay the fee prior to Regular Registration deadline in order for the paper to be published in the conference proceedings and accepted in the final program.
One regular registration can cover a paper within 14 pages, including all figures, tables, and references for one main author of the paper. More than 14 pages, you need to pay 30 USD per page.
One regular registration covers only one author. Co-authors SHOULD also register in-order to join in the conference and display their name in the conference materials.
One day tour is not included in the regular registration.
All the registration fees quoted above are inclusive the Taxes.

If the refund is requested prior to September 20, 2025 , 30% of registration fee will be charged. No refund will be processed after September 20, 2025. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy, the organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and takes no responsibility.
