Welcome to BDSIC 2025!
				2025 7th International Conference on Big-data Service and 
				Intelligent Computation (BDSIC 2025) will be held in 
				National Institute of Development Administration, Bangkok, 
				Thailand during October 29-31, 2025.  
				It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, 
				and professionals from the industry, academia and government to 
				discourse on research and development, professional practice in Big-data Service and 
				Intelligent Computation. BDSIC 2019 was successfully 
				held in Wuhan Institute of Technology, BDSIC 2020, 2021& 2022 were successfully held online, BDSIC 2023 was held  online and offline 
				combination in Singapore, BDSIC 2024 was held online and offline 
				combination in Hong Kong. Scholars and researchers working in the field of  
				Big-data Service and Intelligent Computation from 
				all over the world are welcome to attend the 
				conference and share your experiences and lessons with other 
				enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation. 
				
				Review Process
				Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by 
				submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, 
				surveying works and industrial experiences. Submissions must be 
				original and should not have been published previously or be 
				under consideration for publication while being evaluated for 
				this conference. After the paper submission, it will be sent to 
				be blind and peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Only revised papers 
				that pass the second review will be accepted. BDSIC will
				not 
				accept multiple submissions, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism. 
				Submissions in violation will be rejected without review.
				Important Note to Authors about ACM Open Access Publishing Model 
				(For full paper authors)
			
			ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model 
			for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors 
			based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program 
			will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC)
			to ACM publishing house to 
			publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library, unless one of 
			their co-authors' institutions is a member or they qualify for a 
			waiver. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to
